Remote Access Support
With our remote access tool, a support team member can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get your PC up and running in a timely manner.

How does it work?
Call a VSS support team member at 734-282-6651. The support team member will assist you through the following:

  • After selecting Remote access support from the Services page, you will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug in program.
  • When the program is loaded into your computer, you will be prompted to select either Yes, Grant Full Control (the team member has full control of your computer), or Yes, Grant View Only (the team member can view only your desktop), or No, Uninstall NetworkStreaming (this end your session).
  • You are always in full control of your computer at all times. You may override mouse and keyboard controls and you can end your session at any time.
